Transformers

I take example of QA strategies in perspective of IT. We talk about transformation in QA and QA in transformation. It’s two sides of the same coin. We see how QA’s have changed their outlook in testing and have started moving towards transformation and business continuity. Software testers are not only creating bug free applications, but are also moving towards Business Analysis and QA strategies. Any business considers this behavior as a very important part of its Business continuity plan. Testers are reporting back software bugs around customer experience and performance bottlenecks in applications. Software testers are driving customer requirements and are directly involved with application designers since they get involved in the fag end of application development lifecycle. Their end-to-end knowledge of business processes makes them good domain experts.

On the other side of the coin, we find that transformation in QA has made the QA more efficient in bringing about business transformation. Modern software testing tools and techniques have paved way for implementation of robust application testing frameworks that can be trusted. Software tools are bringing about change in the way QA operates. Let us remind our selves that on an average across all projects, 80% of the total QA effort is still manual testing effort. However, software testing tools are making possible for testers to efficiently manage the manual effort spent on testing and provide certain frameworks to test performance parameters. Software testing tools are prima facie in supporting Agile Delivery methodology. These tools have made possible for testers to meet stringent QA timelines during the course of application delivery, and provide application performance indicators continuously during the test lifecycle.

Home

It's where the sun shines. The rays bouncing off a stone. It's where the air carries the known and the unknown. It's where the roads are empty past midnight and overcrowded past sunrise. It's where the shopkeeper offers you a cup of tea. It's where the food is always served warm. Served with warmth as well. It's where the autorickshaw guy cons you. It's where the auto rickshaw talks to you. It's where the auto rickshaw guy gives you valuable guidance. It's where friends love their beers. It's where they love every sip of it. It's where every inch of space is used for playing cricket. It's where every inch of space is used for playing football. It's where the cold breeze invites you. It's where the hot wind gives you ideas to cool down. It's where people talk for hours altogether. It's where it all comes together. It's called home.

Father

The bottom line is that i love my Father. I have hated him for sometime, but i have been a fool. For he is my inspiration. I see my reflection in him. I see bad dreams about him and i stay awake in my bed thinking about my Father. My Father is kind, god fearing, very creative, loving and affectionate. He just want to do good. He just want to do good to everyone else. I haven't seen a man who donates to charity so much. My Father i am grateful to what ever you have done for me and your blessings. I am grateful for all your teachings. I miss you and i know that i would see you soon.

I love you dad.

Kingdom Of Rust

Watch the Video. Jez Williams goes around the United Kingdom to find a suitable place to bury his lover's ashes. There are so many connections. It is just beautiful. Kingdom of Rust - I'll pack my bags, thinking of one of those hours, with you, waiting for you.....

I hear a sound
A sound above my head
Distant sound of thunder
Moving out on the moor
Blackbirds flew in
And to the cooling towers
I'll pack my bags
Thinking of one of those hours
With you
Waiting for you
My god
It takes an ocean of trust
In the Kingdom of Rust
I long to feel
Some beauty in my heart
As I go searching
Right to the start
The road back to Preston
Was jutted out in snow
As I went looking
For that stolen heart
For you
Waiting for you
My god
It takes an ocean of trust
Takes an effort, it does
My god
It takes an ocean of trust
It's in the Kingdom of Rust
I long to feel
That wince in my heart
As I went looking
I couldn't stop
Now I'm
Waiting for you

Ipswich

It's nice here. No hassles - no tubes and no Punks walking freely on the road with bad breath and poor style. People don't appreciate watching the desi's walk around but that's okay. I guess we Indians are used to the fact that no one in the world really accepts us.

Something very interesting came across the other day. I was writing this test and i stumbled upon a sentence correction question. I dont remember the structure, but it was something like - It has been found that people who don't do well in academics, earn much more that people who excelled in academics at some point in time.

I was watching "The Italian Job" and i made this connection. You need a lot of brains to steal something. The kind of strategy they put in (like Oceans 11) - It is nearly impossible for someone ordinary to achieve that. Take for example the IIT'ians/ IIM grads/ Stanford Grads/ MIT Grads/ etc etc. The list goes on. The fact is that graduates from such big institutes always end up making pot loads of money. Now, the kind of people who actually manage to get into these places are actually the one's who are talented/brilliant/smart. So ideally these are the people who know the art of stealing money from the market for their own benefit. Only smart people can do that. So if you get a high GMAT score and you write good essay's and manipulate your resume in such a way that you are recognized as a SMART KID - you make it to these places. So the smart kid wins again.

Otherwise, things are the way they used to be last year around. I came across another event that happened 2 years back - rather i was reminded of. Since the designs are more simplified now, i feel that i am in a better place than before.

Heartattack In A Layby

I pull off the road East of Baldock and Ashford Feeling for my cell In the light from the dashboard Hissing from the road The smell of rain in the air con Maybe check the news Or just put a tape on Lighting up a smoke I've got this feeling inside me Don't feel too good If I close my eyes And fell asleep in this layby Would it all subside The fever pushing the day by Motor window wind I could do with some fresh air Can't breathe too well (She waits for me. Home waits for me.) I guess I should go now She's waiting to make up To tell me she's sorry And how much she missed me I guess I'm just burnt out I really should slow down I'm perfectly fine but I just need to lie down We'll grow old together We'll grow old together We'll grow old together...

Blackfield

"While I'm melting in the rain, deep in pain, she is so far
Will we ever meet again as friends, after so long?".... I have been screaming my lungs out. I never expected the "Three Days Grace 4 minute like static music" to take me for another fantastic fall.
It's been awhile since the bench at clapham south happened. I am gonna turn 24 years old this month. I remember my last birthday... Had a time yea! Aye Mate!

Jolly be the one who travelled the road less hated!

The Bench in Clapham South

Its a beautiful sight. I don't think it can reflect its sanctity if i try to capture it in a photograph and put it up on a piece of magnet. It has taken me on the most bewildering ride, of all times immemorial. I guess this has to be the final take from London. I am content and satisfied. Gush of wind, freshness and solitude. The baggage is too heavy and i need to get on the flight. But it's not like i have to carry it. It will go with the others. Everyone carries a lot of baggage. After all, it's a long flight.
It was nice to see a stage in the middle of the park. Open spaces with green reflection. Around the periphery runs the nightingale walk. Perpendicular to the walk are the two tennis courts. It is always bubbling with people. Yet very calm and serene. The bench in clapham south......it'll always remind me of today.

Composed upon Westminster Bridge, September 3, 1802

Earth hasd not anything to show me more fair:
Dull would he be of soul who could pass by
A sight so touching in its majesty:
This City now doth like a garment wear
The beauty of the morning:
silent, bare,Ships, towers, domes, theatres, and temples lie
Open unto the fields and to the sky;
ALl bright and glittering in the smokeless air.
Never did a sun more beautifully steep
In his first splendour valley, rock or hill;
Ne`er saw I, never felt, a calm so deep!
The river glideth at his own sweet will:
Dear God! the very houses seem asleep;
And all that mighty heart is lying still!

William Wordsworth (1770 - 1850)

Wrote A Poem

Wrote a Poem. In London, 11:53 PM GMT.

My Little Jenny,
So Red In Color,
With Arms of gold, Wings of feather,
Driving as fast as she can,
to arrive somewhere closer.
Her head aches,
with eyes in anger,
Mellow her stomach cries,
with joy and pleasure.
Awake her lover cries,
begging for some cover,
Up above she flies so high,
with her wings made of feather.

Everlong

I can't believe it. I missed the biggest Foo concert at Wembley last weekend. They are airing the same show. Dave Grohl and the foo's are sublime when they go LIVE. He turns this piece into a mozart and goes :

" The only thing I'll ever ask of you ,
You've got to promise not to stop when I say when,
She sang....."

And Grohl's guitar goes "blank blank blank....."

Love, Peace, foo fighters.....

London

I am sort of disliking this place. Wrote this on the tube today...

Flowery Head, The Sun shines
Moon light falls and the dark blinds
Running through parallel lines
Decision fails, Paradise Divine
Sitting in a bubble, with options void
Grains for survival, filling my spine
Faces in colors, actions in disguise
Driving me mad, running like a child
Waiting for something, i dont know why
When everything else, stays alike....

Spiral Staircase

I hate saturday nights. Lately, saturday's have started haunting me. There is this very wierd feeling about it. My grand crash took the center stage on a saturday night. Its a saturday night and i have fallen down, off my spiral staircase yet again.
This kid, is a part of the Orphanage i visit every Saturday. I guess this was my last trip to that place and i was lucky enough to capture this kid on my camera. A funny thing happened today. As soon as i walked in, i saw my fellow volunteers distributing pens to the other kids. This one was sitting in one corner with a pen and a sheet of paper. Her hands are so small that she can hardly hold a pen. Still she was drawing lines on the paper due to peer pressure. All the other kids around her were doing the same. I still couldn't judge if the others were randomly drawing lines just because they were too bored or if they really can't replicate even an alphabet. I sat with them and drew few shapes. No one knows how to hold a pen. My fellow volunteers accepted my idea of organizing a painting competition for the kids. That's when i realised that no one gives a damn. They don't know where the kids stand, or how much they know. I was very disappointed. I was laughing in my head and walked out of that place. This other guy came and pissed me off further with his bunch of stupid questions.
I sat in one corner and few kids came running towards me. They jumped, they pulled my hair, drew lines using their pens on my shirt. Few were upset since i couldn't give them enough attention due to the other kids. Love is all we need. Love is all they need.
We tend to take it for granted. If someone gives us selfless love, we try to customize it as per our convenience. Well i have been put on hold on everything. I have been asked to take some time out so that i regain my sanity. I am trying to figure out where am i going wrong here. Should i be careless? Maybe. Every time, all my comrades find a reason to push me off their circle. If i don't move forward, i'll never have a past.
I hate saturday nights.

Stars Die.

One of those "crappy" nights. No Sleep. And all the luggage still in my head. This Picture reminds me of the Snow Patrol album cover.

Inside the vehicle the cold is extreme
Smoke in my throat kicks me out of my dream
I try to relax but its warmer outside
I fail to connect, it's a tragic divide

This has become a full time career
To die young would take only 21 years
Gun down a school or blow up a car
The media circus will make you a star

Dark matter flowing out on to a tape
Is only as loud as the silence it breaks
Most things decay in a matter of days
The product is sold the memory fades

Crushed like a rose
In the river flow
I am I know

Televators

Just as he hit
The ground
They lowered a tow that stuck in his neck to the gills
Fragments of sobriquets
Riddle me this:
Three half eaten corneas
Who hid the aureole
Stalk the ground
Stalk the ground
You should have seen
The curse that flew right by you
Page of concrete
Stain walks crutch and hobbled sway
Auto de fe
A capillary hint of red
Only this manupod
Crescent in shape has escaped
The house half the way
Fell empty with teeth that
Split both his lips
Mark these words
One day this chalk outline will circle this city
Was he robbed of the asphalt that kerchiefed his face?
A room coloured charlatan hid in a safe
Stalk the ground
Stalk the ground
You should have seen
The curse that flew right by you
Page of concrete
Stain walks crutch and hobbled sway
Auto de fe
A capillary hint of red
Only this manupod
Crescent in shape has escaped
Pull the pins
Save your grace
Mark these words
On his grave
Pull the pins
Save your grace
Mark these words
On his grave
Pull the pins
Save your grace
Mark these words
On his grave
You should have seen
The curse that flew right by you
Page of concrete
Stain walks crutch and hobbled sway
Auto de fe
A capillary hint of red
Everyone knows the last toes are Always the coldest to go
